4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Platform Data

As part of our marketing services, we access and use data from Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Marketing API and related tools. This includes:

  • Managing advertising campaigns, audiences, and creatives on behalf of our clients.
  • Accessing ad account insights, campaign performance data, and audience analytics.
  • Publishing content to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that our clients have authorised us to manage.
  • Retrieving leads submitted through Meta lead generation forms.

We only access Meta platform data for which we have been explicitly authorised by our clients. We do not sell, rent, or share Meta platform data with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) as necessary to manage campaigns.
  • Analytics providers to measure website and campaign performance.
  • Our clients, to the extent that data relates to their marketing campaigns.
  • Legal authorities when required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Campaign data is typically retained for the duration of our client relationship plus 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.

For data associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, you can also manage your data directly through your Facebook or Instagram privacy settings.

9. Cookies and Analytics on entirecommerce.ai

We use two analytics tools on entirecommerce.ai. Both load only after you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on first visit. If you decline, neither tool runs and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — page views, traffic sources, anonymised event tracking (form submissions, playbook unlocks, outbound clicks, calendar bookings). We run two GA4 properties in parallel: a primary property for entirecommerce.ai (Measurement ID G-46VHWLX0Q6) and a legacy property for entirecommerce.co (Measurement ID G-RYE0CTC4CV) retained for historical continuity. Data is processed by Google LLC; see Google's privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Project ID wdropzfxv9) — heatmaps and anonymised session recordings to understand how visitors interact with the site. Clarity masks form input and personal text by default. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation; see Microsoft's privacy statement.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad-tech tags on entirecommerce.ai. We do not sell or share visitor data with advertising networks. Our clients' own websites and campaigns may use cookies as described in their own privacy policies.

Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage key "ec-cookie-consent"). It is not transmitted to us or any third party.
