1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the free growth audit and any related tools, content, or services (the "Service") provided by EntireCommerce Limited ("EntireCommerce," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 12003255), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By submitting the audit form or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a free, automated, outside-in marketing diagnostic. It analyses publicly available signals relating to a website or business you submit and returns a consolidated report with prioritised recommendations, delivered by email. The Service does not require access to your accounts, advertising platforms, or private systems.

3. Eligibility and Your Submission

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to request an audit of the website or business you submit. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You must not use the Service to audit a website or business you do not own or are not authorised to assess.

4. No Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Results

The report is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. We do not warrant or guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, traffic, revenue, or result from acting on the report. Any decisions you make based on the report are your sole responsibility.

5. "As Is" — No Warranties

The Service and the report are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service relies on third-party data sources and automated analysis, which may be incomplete or contain errors.

6. Third-Party Tools and Data

The Service draws on third-party tools, APIs, and public data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service referenced in the report is subject to that third party's own terms.

7. Communications

By requesting an audit you consent to receive service-related emails necessary to deliver and follow up on your report. You can contact us at any time to ask questions about, or stop, non-essential communications. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use the report you receive for your own internal business purposes. All methods, templates, software, and underlying materials used to produce the Service remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, sublicense, or present the Service or report as your own.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, submitting automated or bulk requests, or using the Service to harm any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntireCommerce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profits damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EntireCommerce harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
